Forget everything you think you know about therapy.

At WellMind Clinic, we're not interested in endless sessions of circular talk or simplistic breathing exercises. While others offer band-aid solutions, we engage in the ambitious work of reconstructing your entire psychological landscape. Our clients don't learn to cope with anxiety—they become architects of a life where distress no longer holds power.

At WellMind Clinic, we don't deal in half-measures nor partial progress. Our commitment is to total, radical transformation. Trauma survivors don't just cope—they thrive, often experiencing complete resolution of symptoms in a matter of sessions.
Couples don't just avoid breakups—they rediscover a passion and connection they thought was lost forever. Individuals grappling with anxiety or depression don't just manage symptoms—they construct entirely new psychological realities where these challenges no longer impair functioning.

HEY I'M

I'm not your average therapist—I'm a living testament to resilience, triumphing over my own lived experience of layered obstacles and severe adversity.

Graciela

Apart from being a seasoned therapist with extensive clinical experience and top-tier Ivy League training, the unique value I bring is a therapist who has lived experience of deep suffering.

I go beyond surface-level treatment to uncover the roots of your struggles. I don't just scratch the surface; I dive deep, seeking to unearth the roots of your challenges and guide you toward lasting transformation.

I am passionate about seeing the impossible happen for people for whom nothing has worked.
